With thousands of different models and over 50 years of production there are some horses that are quite similar making identifying the individual model difficult at times. There are interesting mold changes over the years and hundreds of variations, several for each model number. Here is a list of the production from original finish to test runs. Most of the information here is not hard to come by but it is difficult to catalogue it all in one place. In preface I would like to say that the majority of information was gathered through my personal experience, collector's books, conversations with notable collectors and internet sources.
The largest size of Breyer available are the Traditional which approximately 9 inches from hoof to ear.
