Light dapple gray, splatter sopts on quarters and lower neck, abundantly "shaded", 2 dark grey spots on right neck. gray muzzle and hooves with black nostrils. Branded. Most of the ones I've seen were hidiously and sophmorically "shaded" they looked like a kid took a crayon to the thing and drew waves and scales all over it in rather random patterns. There are stripes and or zigzag s lines on the points, dark lines on the muscles in the top portions where shadows and shading would never be, the ribbs are excentuated with lines. The ribs on the right side of my model end in swoops, they look like a smiley face found commonly in a pre-school art room. The sholders have random repeted uuuuuus all over the place. The shade of gray was too dark for the color of the horse, the hand of the graphity artist rarely changed the flow of the paint from the airbrush giving the effect of someone who dosen't care about craftmanship or perhaps they didn't like their boss, whichever the reason it is obvious that whoever did this didn't know how to use an airbrush. Breyer should have been imbarrassed to have their name on this model. This one would have ben better if they stoped painting after the quarters were shaded. I know a lot of people who agree. Produced in 1989 as a Limited Edition (unfortunately).
